Mr. Al-Soaib is a Saudi national, and was born in 1969 in Beirut, Lebanon. He obtained a degree in law from King Saud University in Riyadh, the capital of Saudi Arabia. After graduating, he worked with some of the most famous law firms in the country, before establishing his own practice in 1995. He is very experienced with Saudi Courts and competent in pleading in front of all Courts and Committees. As the senior litigator of the firm, Mr. Al-Soaib assumes personal responsibility for directing the actions of the firm’s clients through the court systems in Saudi Arabia.

During the past ten years he has become one of the most successful lawyers in the Kingdom, especially in the field of construction. Mr. Al-Soaib actually is a joint partner in his family’s construction company.

He has attended many sessions and workshops in various fields, including:

Head Of International Section

Mr. Hundt was born in Landshut, Germany in 1969. He studied in Strasbourg, France where he received two postgraduate certificates in business law. He then obtained a further Masters in Brighton, UK in international commercial law, and obtained honors and distinction.
 
He started his career in 1997 with a Dubai based law firm, where he advised local and Western clients in the areas of contracts and commercial agencies. In December 1998 he moved to Riyadh as the head of the European Section in the law firm of Dr. Hasan Al-Mulla (in association with Meyer-Reumann, a UAE-based German network of law firms). In late 1999 he became the founder of Al-Soaib Law Firm’s new ‘International Section’. The section has gone from strength to strength.

In February 2001 Mr. Hundt was appointed as the official advisor to the Austrian Embassy in Riyadh, and in March 2003 to the German Embassy.

Mr. Hundt has received substantial exposure and specializes in the fields of foreign investment, corporate law, construction contracts as well as all types of commercial law.

Mr. Kubeibah is a Saudi national born in Najran in 1974. He received his graduate degree in law from King Abdulaziz University in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia in 1998. Before Mr. Kubeibah joined Al-Soaib Law Firm, he practiced his profession in commercial litigations. He has attended and participated in many symposiums, sessions and workshops on Advocacy. Mr. Kubeibah's main field of specialisation is commercial litigation and the formation of new companies. He is competent in pleading in front of all Courts and Committees.

Mr. Ibrahim is Sudanese, and was born in Omdurman, Sudan in 1957. He received his graduate degree in Law from Cairo University, Khartoum Branch, Sudan.
Before coming to Saudi Arabia, he worked as a Solicitor and Barrister for the Ministry of Justice in Sudan, in various fields including civil, criminal and international law. He had to defend the government in front of the court on numerous occasions.

Mr. Ibrahim has worked as a lawyer in Saudi Arabia for seven years. His main areas of specialisation are litigation, contracts and privatizations. He helped draft and review the By Laws for the Governmental Saudi Telecommunications Company (STC).

He is a member of the Sudanese Bar, licensed as a professional Advocate, and a member of the Sudanese Advocates League.

Legal Consultant in International Section

Mr. Villmer was born in Königstein, Germany in 1971. He is a graduate of the law college at Johann Wolfgang Goethe University in Frankfurt, Germany. In his studies, he specialised in corporate law and financial markets.

During an internship in 1998 and 1999 at Commerzbank AG Headquarters in Frankfurt, he consulted in the areas of German and international securities, as well as take-over regulations. From May 2000 until March 2003, Mr. Villmer worked as a lawyer at the Frankfurt District Court. Following his Second State Examination, Mr. Villmer worked in the Legal Affairs and Fair Play Department at the German Saudi Arabian Liaison Office for Economic Affairs (GESALO), the delegation of the German Chambers of Commerce and Industry in Riyadh, drafting legal opinions for German companies and German authorities and providing assistance in the field of mediation. After his admission to the Frankfurt bar in February 2004, Mr. Villmer worked in a law firm in Starnberg, Munich, where he advised German clients on questions of capital market law.

In July 2006 Mr. Villmer joined the International Section of Al-Soaib Law Firm as a Legal Consultant. He is in charge of Al-Soaib’s international clients in the areas of contracts, corporate law and commercial agencies as well as on issues involving German law.

Mr. Villmer is a member of the Frankfurt Bar and the German Business Circle in Riyadh.

Mr. Hamlescher, is a German national, born in Sibiu/Romania in 1956. He is admitted in Germany where he also received his academic qualifications, established his own office in 1990 in Stuttgart. In 1998 and 1999, he was practicing in the office of Dr. Hasan Al-Mulla in Riyadh, alongside his colleague Jochen Hundt, before joining the International Section of Al-Soaib Law Firm.

Since his return to Germany in 2001, Mr. Hamlescher is focusing on the representation of Saudi clients in Germany while he continues at the same time to act of counsel for Al-Soaib Law Firm.

He specializes in debt collection, contracts as well as labour and social security law.

Mr. Moinuddin is Indian national, born in Chennai in 1961. He studied law and economics at S.V. University in Tirupati (B.Com in 1983; LL.B. in 1987).

He started his career in 1988 with a well-known firm in Hyderabad, where he was practicing for thirteen years in the areas of criminal, civil and general commercial litigation. In 1992 he obtained an LL.M. degree in Business Law.

In April 2002 he joined the International Section of Al-Soaib Law Firm directly assisting the Head of the Section, Jochen Hundt.

    Abdulaziz Mohamed Abdullatif

Mr. Abdullatif is Sudanese national, born in 1944. He obtained an LL.B. with honors at the University of Khartoum, Sudan, in 1967.

He started his legal career as District Judge in Sudan followed by the function of a Resident Magistrate. Then he held the position of Province Judge and was later appointed Judge at the Appeal Court.

In May 2007 he joined Al-Soaib Law. Due to his experience, Mr. Abdullatif is familiar with all important Saudi laws and regulations, as well as the procedures before the Saudi Courts and the specialized judicial committees for settlements of disputes.
